Douglas, or Secretary Douglas (ダグラス長官 Dagurasu Chōkan), is a minor character from the Original Series, consisting of Beyblade: 2000. He is the Secretary of State in America.

Douglas never imagined that the Bladebreakers would make it to the fifth level when they broke into the BBA Research Center. The Blader team almost made it to the office where Douglas is, watching the Bladebreakers all the time. Fortunately, the security measures have been enough to stop the curious team.
When the day of the big decision between All Starz and the Bladebreakers came, Judy promises Douglas victory.
