The Gemios Face Bolt depicts "Gemini", the third astrological sign in the Zodiac and one of the 88 constellations in space. The design features two twin sprits (fire and ice), and resembles a yin-yang symbol. Each spirit has a number (blue with 1, red with 2), and the word "Gemios" is located at the center of the Face Bolt. Hasbro releases omit this word.

Gemios is an Energy Ring released as part of the Hybrid Wheel System. It debuted with the release of Killer Gemios DF145FS in Japan on November 21, 2009.

Description[]

<onlyinclude>Gemios follows the same aesthetic principles as the Gemios Metal Wheel, and Evil, with a similar two-winged design. It is the lightest Energy Ring available, however, it can be used in Stamina combos with a heavier track too.

Overall[]

Due to Gemios being the lightest Energy Ring available, pairing Gemios with very high-recoil fusion wheels such as Beat or Flash can allow the attack-type combo with Gemios and the high-recoil fusion wheel create 1-Hit KO attack-type combos due to the shape of Gemios exposing most of the metal from the shape of its energy ring.

As such, Gemios is a must have for competitive bladers.

105 is the fourth lowest Spin Track height available, but is outclassed in terms of Attack and Stamina by the 85, 90, and 100 Spin Tracks. 105 has no problem with floor scrapes, but is still an outclassed part and should only be chosen when none of the aforementioned Spin Tracks are available.

Performance Tip - Coat Sharp[]

Main article: Performance Tip - Coat Sharp

Coating Spike (CS) is a Spike/Sharp Performance Tip coated in rubber, hence the name. Coating Spike will provide limited movement thanks to the Spike/Sharp, but once knocked off balance, act like a Rubber Flat, providing fast movement. Like all rubber Performance Tips, it's recommended to own several, as the rubber will wear down over time, reducing its aggressive movement. Although it has great use in Attack and Defense Type combinations, it is more recommend to use Coating Spike for Defense Type combinations due to the reduction of aggressive movement.
