Face Bolt - Virgo

Main article: Face Bolt - Virgo

The Face Bolt depicts "Virgo", the sixth astrological sign in the Zodiac and one of the 88 constellations in space. The word "Virgo" is written in stylized letters below a head representing Virgo. The initial Hasbro release of this Face Bolt fills in the letters, while later releases such as Night Virgo DF145BS replace the letters with a swoosh instead.

Energy Ring - Virgo

Virgo was first released in a translucent yellow tint. Virgo has a smooth, easily flowing design to emulate a woman's hair, and features a small notch on both sides.

Fusion Wheel - Poison

Main article: Fusion Wheel - Poison

Poison has fifteen rectangular protrusions on its circumference, each the same size and about 4 mm apart at the widest point. While this is not wide enough to provide useful Smash Attack, it still produces relatively large amounts of Recoil, making this part useless for Defense or Stamina. Furthermore, similar to Flame, the Metal Wheel is raised at the base, exposing the Track to opposing Beys, making it even less useful for Defense purposes.

Spin Track - Eternal Defense 145

Main article: Spin Track - Eternal Defense 145

Eternal Defense 145 (ED145) features three "wings" that can freely spin around the Spin Track. The wings and overall design are similar to Wide Defense 145 (WD145). Because of the wings' free spinning nature, Eternal Defense 145 mainly finds use in Defense Type combinations. However, Eternal Defense 145 is not as effective as others such as Boost Disk 145 (BD145), or even Claw 145 (C145), as it is unable to absorb hits effectively. The wings lack the mechanism of a bearing, hence creating friction between the wings and body of the Spin Track, resulting in less hit absorption.

Performance Tip - Eternal Spike

Main article: Performance Tip - Eternal Spike

The Eternal Spike tip features a free-spinning tip attached to a metal shaft which is held by the Perfomance Tip.

The part was one of the most heavily anticipated parts in the MFB lineup when first announced, but ES is actually a hugely disappointing part in terms of performance.

Firstly, ES lacks a metal bearing, which would significantly reduce the friction between the free-spinning tip and the rest of the Performance Tip. All of the best free-spinning tips, notably Bearing Core, had Shielded Ball Bearings which allowed unhindered spin.

Secondly, Beyblades using ES are easily destabilised due to its sharp tip. As all Spike tips do, Eternal Spike also has trouble regaining balance, hence making this a poor choice for Stamina. That said, ES still remains superior to BS and S as Stamina Bottoms.

Trivia

  • Hasbro's release of Poison Virgo has a dark blue Virgo Energy Ring and a black ED145 and ES rather than the anime's stock colors (yellow Virgo Energy Ring, clear black ED145 and an orange ES tip).
  • Hasbro's Starter Pack mistakenly released Poison Virgo with a 125 track instead of a ED145 track. However, with the re-release with Thermal Gemios, Poison Virgo has the correct ED145.
  • One of the Poison wheels blades was broken off in the battle against Masamune Kadoya and Ray Striker D125CS.
  • Despite sharing the 'Virgo' name, it's Bey Spirit is different from that of Teru's Virgo, proving that Beyblades of the same kind can have different-looking beasts.
  • You can make the Poison Virgo from the anime with Earth Virgo GB145BS's facebolt and energy ring, Poison, ED145 from Clay Aries ED145B and ES from Flame Libra T125ES.
