Face Bolt - Gasher[]

The Face Bolt depicts "Cancer", the fourth astrological sign in the Zodiac. Cancer is one of the 88 constellations in space, and is depicted as a crab. The word "cancer" is displayed above the crab motif.

Cancer was renamed to "Gasher" by Hasbro for its releases. Accordingly, the word "cancer" was removed from the design, and the crab motif enlarged. Several spheres were also added to the background.

Energy Ring - Gasher[]

Gasher (or Cancer) is a round Energy Ring with a design representing crab claws. The slopes of the Energy Ring, and its heavy weight, give Gasher use in Defense Type combinations. The Takara Tomy version has the word "Cancer" written on the slopes - the Hasbro release of Gasher removes this.

Fusion Wheel - Ray[]

Metalwheel ray
Main article: Fusion Wheel - Ray

Ray is a relatively thin, bumpy, three-winged Fusion Wheel. Between each of the three wings are small gaps, which allow the blunt ends of each wing to provide a small amount of Smash Attack. Additionally, along each wing there are two indents which follow the contours of the Fusion Wheel; these indents are pronounced enough to provide additional Spike Attack and work in tandem with the aforementioned blunt ends of each wing. Ray's window to KO the opponent is quite small, as its Smash Attack is only prominent at the very high spin velocities found at the beginning of each battle. Letters spelling out "RAY" are written on the top of the Fusion Wheel in a stylised font.

Spin Track - Move 145[]

Main article: Spin Track - Move 145

Move 145 (M145) is a round Spin Track with a mode change gimmick that is intended to work in tandem with the Quake Performance Tip, which Move 145 was released alongside with. The position of the Performance Tip can be switched, changing the frequency of bounces from the Performance Tip. In both modes, the Peformance Tips are off center, although the degree will vary between the modes.

Performance Tip - Quake[]

Q
Main article: Performance Tip - Quake (Metal Saga)

Quake is a uniquely shaped Performance Tip; it is essentially a Wide Flat tip but with an elliptical shape. Due to this asymmetry, it performs similarly to a Wide Flat, albeit with small jumps. Due to this, Quake has poor stamina, and works best when paired with low Spin Tracks like 85.

Quake is intended to work with the Move 145 Spin Track that Quake was released alongside in with the Storm Capricorne M145Q Booster. The jumping frequency of Quake can be changed by using the Move 145 gimmick to move the position of the Performance Tip.
