Tatsuya Granger (木ノ宮龍也 Kinomiya Tatsuya) is a recurring character in the Original Series, consisting of Beyblade: 2000. He is the father of Tyson Granger and Hiro Granger, as well as Ryu Granger's son.

As an archaeologist, his job requires him to travel around the world, which keeps him from spending time with Tyson. For a few years, Hiro accompanied him on his trips.

Beyblade: 2000[]
He only made an appearance near the end of the first season. He gave his views on Boris and Voltaire's real motives and shared his knowledge on the origin Bit-Beasts. His first official appearance was on a videotape where he talked about his archeological findings on Bit-Beasts.
Trivia[]
- The name Tatsuya means "become dragon" and it was most probably chosen to relate to Tyson and his Dragoon.
